But overall, if someone asks what the enrollment fee is for you simply say confidently: 

"We have an enrollment fee for our options so we can give our members the lowest possible monthly dues." 

And you can also add in "Also unlike other places none of our members pay an annual maintenance fee." (obv don't add this part if you make members pay an annual maintenance fee).

What you DON'T want to do is give them specific items that the enrollment fee covers because then they will start saying "oh well actually I don't need A,B,C or X,Y,Z" this is called "Feature braining" when someone starts to ask exactly what every dollar in their membership / enrollment covers it takes their focus AWAY from the overall result they are looking to achieve and the main reason they're joining in the first place.
