How do you typically handle the new member process as far as their 7 day pass? Do you have them jump right into your regular classes or do you have certain sessions set aside for them that are more "beginner friendly" and that give you more opportunity to go through the script and presentation

Answer:
If your fitness studio has exercises that can be advanced for some beginners you can either put them into a beginner class OR if you don't have that, you can have them attend any class but have the trainer modify the exercises for them.

The biggest thing to keep in mind is that someone isn't coming in to ONLY trial the actual workout / class. They also want to come in and experience the actual environment, meet the trainers and the other members, learn about your philosophies and really experience everything that's included in your membership. It's about their full-circle experience when they come through the doors :)
