Best practices for launching a cloudburst campaign

  • The best time to launch a campaign is between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM

  • Setup your tabs in your internet browser to the following: appointment manager, Skipio, and this document for the instructions below

  • Remove all distractions so you can focus on responding and scheduling your prospects

  • Frequency of groups - only activate 1 group per week to start

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the ‘Address Book’ in the main menu of Skipio

  2. Expand ‘groups’ and select ‘Group 1’

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard and click where it says ‘25 rows’ and select ‘250 row’

  4. Wait 5 seconds for Skipio to load. After loading it will have 250 rows loaded

  5. Select the ‘select all’ checkbox at the top left to select all 250 contacts in Group 1

  6. When all contacts in the group are selected and it is showing the amount of contacts selected in the top bar, click the mega phone icon that states 'Add/Remove Campaigns' when you hover over.

  7. Select the 'CLOUDBURST' campaign.

  8. A box will pop up and say 'Are you sure?' - select the blue button 'YES'. Skipio will begin sending messages right away.
